Your mission
We are looking for a temporary Supply Chain Engineer to join our team and provide maternity leave coverage. This is a fixed-term position for approximately 6 months, starting ideally in January 2026 and ending upon the return of the current team member.
As a Supply Chain Engineer, you are part of the Supply Chain team and your package mainly consists of leading and participating in initiatives and projects with the aim of improving the performance of the affiliated Supply Chains, both upstream and downstream.
The organization has grown rapidly in recent years and as a result, there are considerable opportunities for optimization throughout the organization. Within the Supply Chains, these opportunities are in the field of material flows, ordering methods, stock management, forecasting, the production planning process, the operational purchasing process, the service Supply Chain processes and the support of these processes from the ERP system.
Your Responsibilities
- You familiarize yourself with the operational Supply Chain processes
- you initiate and implement improvements in the Supply Chains
- You provide efficient and effective support for the operational processes through the ERP system
- You report to the Supply Chain Manager
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor+ or Master degree in relevant direction
- Experience in the field of Supply Chain optimization
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably as a key user
- Affinity with the high-tech market, low volume/high mix
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Pro-active, hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced analytical skills
