The position
As a Quality Control Engineer at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Inspector reports hierarchically to the Head of Quality and operationally to a Team Leader or Project Manager. The primary objective of this role is to monitor and manage the quality of product testing and integration in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Perform quality checks on the work of integration staff and test engineers using measuring tools, documentation reviews, process guidelines, and technical specifications.
- Inspect the quality of incoming goods and record relevant data in automated systems.
- Collect and organize documents, instructions, and other relevant materials to ensure effective quality control.
- Verify the completion and accuracy of documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Manage authorizations and certificates of competence, including monitoring expiration dates.
- Prepare and submit deviation reports when discrepancies are identified.
- Conduct quality inspections at client or supplier sites when required.
What You Bring to This Position
- Solid Educational Background: Secondary vocational education (LBO/MBO level), providing a strong foundation in technical and quality-related practices.
- Hands-On Experience with Quality Control: Skilled in performing quality inspections using measuring instruments, documentation reviews, and process guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking documentation, verifying compliance, and identifying deviations or inconsistencies.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable working within established procedures and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Experienced in managing authorizations, certificates, and quality control records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Internal and External Communication Abilities: Capable of coordinating with colleagues and maintaining clear communication with clients and suppliers.
- Flexibility for On-Site Inspections: Willing and able to travel to client or supplier premises when necessary to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Familiarity with Automated Systems: Competent in using digital tools and platforms to record and manage quality control data.
