Job description
What you will do :
- Ensure IT service quality and compliance with strict industry and program standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, and others).
- Monitor performance metrics and contract service levels, proactively identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with program teams and leadership.
- Conduct audits, process reviews, and support key quality reporting and deliverables.
- Integrate quality management into every step of service delivery for critical defense operations.
Profile
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience in quality management or service delivery for IT programs.
- Experience managing service levels, compliance, and quality processes in technology projects.
- NATO or EU Secret security clearance eligible.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
