PCC is an Engineering Services and Original Equipment Manufacturing Company that custom designs process heating and air pollution control solutions for commercial customers. We provide equipment across all industries to ensure customers maintain compliance with their regulatory requirements. PCC has been in business for 56 years and started in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the United States. We currently have personnel located in China, India, the UK and have begun to establish a presence in The Netherlands (PCC-Europe B.V.). This position will be the senior procurement team member and will lay the groundwork for the long term success of our operations in Europe. It is a terrific opportunity for the right candidate to join our newly forming team and to grow with PCC as we do business in Europe and neighboring regions. PCC has not yet established a permanent office but anticipate that it will ultimately be located in Amsterdam. Our first major project will be in Limburg province and therefore we are advertising this position for that location. Anticipate that on site requirements will likely be limited to a few days per month with the remainder of the work to be completed remotely. This position will work under the supervision of the Director of PCC-Europe, B.V. and will receive guidance and support from PCC’s Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance Coordinator in the United States.

PCC-Europe Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Management System Manager (ISO 9001-2015)

· Responsible for maintaining and executing the PCC QMS in Europe.

· Tracks execution of necessary Quality Control design events across the program

· Leads project after action reviews

· Updates QMS procedures as necessary

· Document Quality Standards and specifications for PCC equipment to include:

o “PCC Standard System” overview document

o PCC standard ITPs

o PCC standard specifications

· Conducts QMS meetings to review the status of the program

Quality Assurance Coordinator

· Review Project Specifications for all projects to ensure incorporation of customer requirements into technical requisition packages

· Develop Inspection Test Plans specific to PCC designed equipment

· Conduct Inspections or coordinate 3rd Party Support for inspections of equipment manufactured by subcontracted OEMs

· Manage project level Quality documentation to record activities, findings, and actions

· Reviews all quality documentation submitted by vendors (ITPs, WPS, PQRs, test results, etc.) to ensure compliance with project requirements

· Directly coordinates with Quality leads from customer organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €55.000,00 per year
