As a Product Manager for Mission-Critical Systems, you will lead the roadmap for applications that support energy trading, sourcing, forecasting, settlement, and system operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across these high-impact systems.
- Define & Own the Product Vision – Shape the strategy for applications that enable smart trading and operational excellence.
- Build for Scale & Reliability – Work with engineering teams to design fail-safe, high-availability architectures with built-in redundancy.
- Integrate DevOps & SRE Best Practices – Streamline CI/CD pipelines, enhance system observability, and optimize operational performance.
- Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making – Implement key metrics like SLIs, error budgets, and performance dashboards to prioritize improvements.
- Foster High-Performance Teams – Lead and empower multidisciplinary teams with a culture of extreme ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage Complex Product Initiatives – Oversee large-scale programs, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.
- Experience as a Product Manager in a mission-critical domain (e.g., real-time trading, infrastructure, or operations).
- Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Expertise in metrics-driven decision-making, including SLIs, error budgets, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact teams, fostering ownership, transparency, and alignment.
- Experience managing complex product initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- End-to-End Delivery – Ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Innovation & Discovery – Using data insights to uncover new opportunities and enhance system performance.
- Stakeholder Management – Aligning engineering, business, and operations teams toward shared goals.
- Roadmap & OKRs – Defining key objectives that directly contribute to Eneco’s mission.
- Vision Evangelism – Being the internal and external champion for your product.
