As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in aligning IT capabilities with business objectives across the organization, ensuring we continue to meet our strategic goals and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.

You will work together with:
A diverse group of stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and drive our strategic initiatives forward. You will partner with our IT Management Team and Business Owners to synchronize IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

In addition, you will collaborate with System Architects to ensure system designs and implementations align with our overarching architectural principles and strategies. Engaging with Business owners, Epic owners, and Product managers within our BVK (”Beheer- en VerbeterKeten”) teams, you will prioritize and align business capabilities and IT solutions. Coordination with Solution Managers will be essential to integrate business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring comprehensive and effective system development as part of our overall Business Architecture. Furthermore, you will liaise with Portfolio Managers to align architectural initiatives with portfolio management, ensuring strategic projects are prioritized and supported effectively.

This is how you approach it

• Demonstrated experience with capability thinking (business architecture)
• Demonstrated architecture leadership experiences in a organization with multiple business and IT lines, at least 10 years of experience within architecture
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to, liaise with and manage senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence, engage and align people in cross-functional roles at all levels
• Demonstrated capabilities in defining and managing enterprise strategy and architecture
• Familiar with SAFE Agile .

• Salary between € 6,486 and € 9,265 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can go up to € 12,261 gross per month.

• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can use this flexibly or have it paid out monthly or annually.
• 24.5 vacation days for a full-time position. Need more recharge time? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 extra days off.
• Opportunities to work from home, including a home office setup provided by us and a reimbursement of € 2.35 per home working day.
