Job Description
As a Systems Engineer in the Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM) team within the Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) business, you are responsible for driving system-level improvements across our released product portfolio. You will play a key role in maintaining the high performance and quality of our installed base, while supporting operational excellence across the product lifecycle.
Your role:

Your work directly impacts the reliability, compliance, and long-term performance of Philips IGT-S systems used in minimally invasive therapies around the world.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Quality Managers, Change Management Engineers, Module Owners, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, and Factory teams to identify and implement system-level changes and improvements.

You will work cross-functionally to assess Requests for Solution (RfS), contribute to productivity programs, and align with evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements.

You’re the right fit if:

You have 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, lead engineering, or architectural roles—preferably in sustaining (LCM) or post-market environments.

You bring strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.

You hold a Master’s degree or higher in physics, electrical/electronics engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.

You have working knowledge of statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Minitab) and familiarity with Six Sigma methodology (certification is a plus).
