Job Summary
Avient Protective Materials, the inventor and manufacturer of Dyneema® – The World’s Strongest Fiber®, is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Engineer who thrives on continuous improvement and strategic impact.
We’re seeking a Junior Supply Chain Engineer to support our excellence in Global Demand & Supply Chain Management (DSCM). This role focuses on optimizing operational processes, improving workflow efficiencies, and coordinating subcontracting, tolling, and intercompany planning.

Education And Experience
- Masters degree or level of work experience in preferably Supply chain, Business administration or Engineering.
- Lean and/or 6 sigma experience is preferred.
- 0 – 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Purchasing Experience and affinity with IT / SAP systems.

- Strong communication skills across functions (e.g. logistics, purchasing, sales)
- Strong tactical and operational thinking
