You and your job
Our application is moving to Cloud. As part of a DevOps team you will be working to improve code, implement new features and reshape components in their new form for Cloud (Azure). IT never stands still and performance testing remains an active branch of testing, with new technologies and integrations being introduced. Our team aims to innovate and research will be part of that.
In addition, together with other starters you work on a business challenge that deals with a broader topic involving Rabobank’s our sustainable growth plan. During this 18 months program you get the opportunity to start in your role as Junior DevOps Automation Engineer for 4 days a week. Moreover you get the chance to participate in the Early Career Program. 1 day a week is all about your growth as a professional within IT!

- Together with our performance engineers we developed AutoLST: Automated Load Testing
- Bringing the expertise of performance (regression) testing to IT squads at Rabobank around the world
- With AutoLST the effort of performance testing is greatly reduced, so squads can run tests more efficient- and effectively

Top 3 responsibilities
- Design and build secure Cloud architecture for performance test automation through CI/CD
- Research new technologies and integrations to find if our should explore and innovate
- Support other squads in adoption of new features our platform has to offer
Our on-premise performance-regression-testing-platform (AutoLST), supporting the tools LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter, enable IT Engineers within Rabobank to simply performance testing through the automation our DevOps team brings to the platform.

The 9 people in squad RoadRunner support squads of all IT domains in Rabobank with automation, tool support and performance expertise. You and your talent
- a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
- 0-2 years of work experience in IT or IT related
- affinity with software development, and already some experience with the programming language Java 17/21
- excellent proficiency in English
