ICT Support Engineer (M/W/D) - Breda, Netherlands

Join our team as a ICT Support Engineer and support enterprise IT operations with hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. Applicants require essential proficiency in English and the relevant local language (B2 level or higher in Dutch, as per CEFR)

ICT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
• Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
• Manage basic Active Directory tasks
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

What You Need:

• Experience: 1–2 years in IT support.
• Technical Skills: Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
