Energy Reporting Analyst Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Energy Reporting Analyst Intern whose main focus will be supporting the implementation of our new central energy data platform. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the platform is successfully rolled out across our European portfolio—managing data flows, onboarding users, and tracking progress—while also contributing to energy-related initiatives that support our broader sustainability and efficiency goals.
As part of the team, you’ll help gather, manage, and analyze energy-related data—working closely with property managers, asset managers, and external stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to improving energy data transparency and informing future initiatives, including carbon reduction strategies and energy efficiency projects such as Solar PV and EV charging.

Key Responsibilities
Some of the main areas where you will support are:
- Support the implementation of our new energy data platform, including user management, data tracking, and onboarding support across different countries
- Help monitor energy data collection progress across key areas—such as meters, invoices, and asset characteristics—and support coordination with local teams to maintain momentum
- Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations on energy data and onboarding status and help maintain communication flows with property and asset management teams
- Contribute to financial analysis for solar PV and EV charging projects, helping assess costs, revenues, and return on investment to inform strategic planning
- Assist in reviewing and categorizing capex projects with a focus on energy savings and emissions reduction potential
- Contribute to other energy and ESG-related initiatives as needed

About You
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to (renewable) Energy Engineering or Energy Finance, Sustainability, or similar fields.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- You’re confident working with Excel and large datasets
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholder
- You are curious about the intersection of data, energy, Real Estate and sustainability
- Fluent in English
