BetterBe is growing rapidly and is currently renovating its own office building into an inspiring and spacious work environment.

DevOps Engineer
As a DevOps Engineer, you will help build BetterBe’s powerful, secure, and scalable private cloud platform. This platform serves as the foundation for hosting all BetterBe LeaseServices (BLS). Since we operate internationally, our platform must seamlessly integrate with public cloud solutions to ensure global scalability.
Within our company, DevOps Engineers are also responsible for developing key components of the internal CI/CD pipelines. Your contribution to the DevOps team will simplify the work of our product engineers and enable us to scale wherever our customers need us.
What you’ll do
- Design and build BetterBe’s Kubernetes-based hosting platform
- Design and build CI/CD pipelines
- Set up processes, monitoring, and alerting to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operation of the BLS
- Work closely with development teams to smoothly integrate new features and updates
You
- Have at least a completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in ICT or Computer Science
- Have some experience in a similar role
- Are knowledgeable in Kubernetes, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and Prometheus
- Are experienced with provisioning management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, and Chef
- Have knowledge of Python, Docker, Linux, automated testing, databases, and storage solutions
- Communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Have an open mindset and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth collaboration between teams
- Are fluent in English
- Are eligible to work for a Dutch employer and can provide proof
- Are available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
