As a DevOps Engineer in the Roaming & Fraud team, you will ensure the stability, security, and performance of international mobile services. The role combines operational support with engineering responsibilities, focusing on automation, platform optimization, and the introduction of new technologies.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team with deep expertise in roaming and fraud prevention, supporting business-critical services that require 24/7 availability.
Configure, monitor, and optimize roaming platforms to maintain service quality.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents under time pressure, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule (every 5–6 weeks).
Improve fraud detection and prevention mechanisms across signaling and IP networks.
Implement automation and smart tooling to increase operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and international partners to support integrations and service delivery.
Support the rollout of new technologies, such as 5G/5GSA and VoLTE.
Act as a point of contact for technical environments, systems, infrastructure, and security protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience with mobile networks, particularly roaming and fraud prevention.
Strong knowledge of signaling and network protocols (SS7, Diameter, SIP, INAP, IP).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Tekelec, Radcom, Datamon).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
Collaborative mindset, comfortable in Agile/DevOps teams.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
