You & your role
As a DevOps Engineer with a focus on operations (OPS), you play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our mission-critical applications. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your expertise in monitoring, incident resolution, lifecycle management, and automation makes a real difference for millions of customers worldwide.
Practical examples
- Analyzing and resolving production issues to ensure operational continuity.
- Proactively monitoring system health and performance using tools like PowerBI and custom monitoring solutions.
- Executing key testing activities, including Security Testing, Disaster Recovery Testing, and High Availability Testing.
- Supporting lifecycle management and addressing vulnerabilities.
- Automating maintenance tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Releasing new software deliveries across all environments in the landscape.
- Managing capacity and configuration across systems.
- Supporting infrastructure changes, including hardware, middleware, and network connections.
- Contributing to the team with a T-shaped mindset—supporting tasks beyond your core responsibilities.
Top responsibilities
Ensure operational continuity & compliance of the TCSBaNCS GSP application by monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and aligning with regulatory and security standards. Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure changes, scripting, and tooling. Collaborate across roles and phases, from refining technical input for the Product Owner to supporting testing, architectural changes, and leading during high-priority incidents.
You & your talent
- 3–8 years of experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. We are looking for 2 colleagues (one more junior, one more senior to join the team).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, YAML).
- Proven experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
- Deep operational knowledge of technologies like Java, Linux, Oracle, WebSphere, MQ, JMS, Kong API Gateway, and network infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of security practices, including SSL, certificate management, and digital signing.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
