Your role as a Controls Engineer
In this role you will assist and monitor the operational sites with refrigeration system.
What will you do?
- Design and maintain the control infrastructure of the existing refrigeration systems globally
- Design and maintain the monitoring system of the existing refrigeration systems globally
- Manage the software including updates of all our sites
- Standardize Controls for optimal settings and for ease of data retrieval
- Standardize Network infrastructure to be compliant with NewCold standard and with suppliers while Newcold staff can still log in
- Monitor sites on regular basis (Daily) to keep refrigeration running optimally and fault finding (this is done through our Control room at Breda headquarter)
- Keeping refrigeration software up to date (this is currently not done by Newcold)
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor or Master degree in refrigeration engineering
- 3 – 7 Experience in engineering and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems
- 3 – 7 Experience in industrial controls
- Strong background in NH3 industrial applications and controls
- Professional Communication Skills
- Analytical Thinking
- Fluent in English, every other European language is a plus
